XTM is a bold sportswear brand built for movement and performance. But their previous e-commerce site didn’t reflect that same energy or convert that energy into sales. We partnered with them to overhaul their online experience from the ground up—bringing clarity, bold visuals, and user flow optimizations that turned browsers into buyers.

A dark UI with vibrant color pops

To reflect the power and athletic edge of the XTM brand, we designed a dark UI paired with high-contrast, vibrant accents. This bold visual identity grabs attention immediately while creating a premium, performance-driven feel. The dark background allows product imagery to pop and gives the site a sleek, modern tone that feels at home in the sportswear space.

Product pages that prioritize clarity and conversion

We redesigned product pages to maximize visual impact while improving information access. Each page features large-format product images, clean white spacing, and clear typographic hierarchy-so users can quickly scan sizes, specs, prices, and reviews without feeling overwhelmed.

This structure helps shoppers make decisions faster, reducing friction from consideration to checkout.

For a DTC brand like XTM, most customers browse and buy on their phones-so we designed the entire experience mobile-first. Every screen, swipe, and scroll was crafted for thumb-friendly navigation, fast loading, and visual clarity on smaller screens.

From large tap targets and sticky action buttons to optimized image scaling and simplified filtering, the mobile experience feels fast, clean, and intuitive. By focusing on mobile-first UX, we helped XTM reduce bounce rates and improve mobile checkout conversion.
