The Process
With a tight timeline and a clear launch goal, we adopted an agile, sprint based approach-allowing design and development to run in parallel without compromising quality.
We began with a focused discovery sprint to define user journeys, content priorities, and key product goals. While the design team moved into rapid UI/UX prototyping, our developers were simultaneously laying the groundwork,building the core framework architecture to support a scalable and stable product.

A structured journey, built for real progress
At the heart of the change begins app is an 8 week guided program designed to help users reflect, assess, and grow week by week. Our challenge was to design a user experience that encouraged consistency, built emotional connection, and made progress feel tangible.
We mapped out the full 8-week flow, carefully planning when and how each assessment, affirmation, and check-in would be delivered. The interface needed to feel simple, yet motivational and guiding users through each phase without overwhelming them.
Journey mapping
Our design process began with detailed wireframes to map out user flows and interactions, ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience. With a colorful and dynamic UI, we focused on making the platform engaging, allowing users to navigate their career readiness journey effortlessly. Once the design was finalized, we developed the app, bringing all elements together into a cohesive and functional platform.
Creation of Visual Language:
We crafted a set of vibrant 2D avatars that professionals could relate to. These avatars symbolize various stages of career growth, offering users a visual companion as they embark on their development journey. We wanted the design to feel welcoming and motivational, creating a platform that’s visually engaging and inspiring.
Assessments
Each week, users complete a guided assessment to reflect on their mindset, habits, and progress generating a personalized report that offers insights into their growth journey. To reinforce positive change, they’re met with a tailored affirmation, helping them stay focused, grounded, and emotionally aligned for the week ahead.
Affirmations that anchor the journey
Affirmations in the app are more than just positive words-they’re moments of pause, reflection, and intention. Each week, users are guided to say a few meaningful lines aloud, creating space for emotional grounding and personal clarity.
We designed the affirmation experience to feel intuitive and calming, with a clean interface, subtle motion, and soft feedback cues that guide users through the process. Completing an affirmation triggers a small moment of celebration reinforcing the habit and leaving users with a sense of emotional reward and progress.
Onboarding that gets you going, fast
We designed the onboarding flow to be quick, intuitive, and frictionless, guiding users from download to Week 1 in under three minutes.
Along the way, we thoughtfully introduced permission prompts-like notifications at the right moments, clearly explaining their purpose. This helped build trust and ensured users opted in to timely reminders that keep them engaged and consistent throughout the 8 week journey.
A dashboard that keeps you on track
The app's dashboard was designed as a central hub. A go to space where users can instantly see their progress across the 8 week journey. From completed assessments to upcoming tasks, it offers a clear, visual overview of where they are and what's next.
Whether picking up where they left off or previewing the week ahead, the dashboard keeps the experience seamless and focused. It helps users stay oriented without feeling overwhelmed.
Navigation that stays with you
We introduced a dock, a persistent navigation bar that allows quick access to core features like assessments and weekly reports. It's designed for minimal taps and maximum clarity, ensuring users can move through the app with ease and intent.
Together, the dashboard and dock create a frictionless experience that supports habit building and sustained engagement throughout the 8 week program.
